Independent Consumer Reporting

Consumer complaints should not disappear into an inbox.

We help consumers document serious complaints, request meaningful responses from businesses, and identify patterns of harmful conduct.

Evidence. Accountability. Resolution.

We are an independent consumer-rights organisation. We are not a regulator, law firm, court, or public authority.

When a case meets our criteria

  • We review supporting documents and correspondence.
  • We prepare a structured complaint summary.
  • We invite the business to provide a formal response.
  • We monitor deadlines and proposed remedies.
  • We may publish fair evidence-led reporting where there is public interest.

Have you been ignored?

Tell us what happened and provide documents that support your complaint.

Submitting a report does not guarantee investigation or publication. Every report is assessed against evidence and public-interest criteria.

How our process works

  1. Report: the consumer submits a structured account with evidence.
  2. Assessment: we review relevance, credibility, completeness, and public-interest value.
  3. Right of reply: where appropriate, we contact the business and request a response by a stated date.
  4. Resolution or reporting: we record remedies and decide whether further guidance or publication is justified.
For businesses: correspondence from us includes a case reference, summary of issues, requested information, and response date.
